We are proud to offer a low-cost option for ski holidays near Les 2 Alpes resort for families, groups, solo travellers and couples.
Our atmospheric mountain Hotel is situated on the edge of the beautiful ski area ‘Les 2 Alpes’, which stretches over 230 kilometers. Because of its heights (3.600 meters) the area has high snow insurance with over 300 days of sun it is very suitable for the beginners and the more advanced skiers. The hotel is 3 km away from the ski lift. The road is easy accessible and there is plenty of parking space at the lift.
Our hotel prides itself in creating a fantastic atmosphere. We also have a very cozy sitting area, with comfortable couches and chairs, wood burning stove and a beautiful view of the mountains. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a drink, read a book or enjoy the company of friends and family after a day on the slopes! Furthermore we provide plenty of entertainment and thing to do for children of all ages. We have a broad selection of board games to play, along with a large chessboard and a dartboard. You can also expect camp fires, walks by torchlight and après-ski in the ‘party cave’.
We can organize everything for you, such as helping with the reservations of ski or snowboard lessons, arranging your ski pass, and renting the right equipment. In addition you can store your skiing equipment at Milou Sports in Les 2 Alpes. Because of the arrangement between the Hotel and Milou Sports, this is possible for free or a small fee. This means no hauling equipment and an easy walk! Even better: if you provide us the necessary information before hand we can arrange for your equipment to be put ready before you actually go to the shop!
With a 6-day ski pass of Les 2 Alpes you can also go to Alpe d’Huez and Serre Chevalier, each for one day. Alp d’Huez is only a 30 minute drive, and is also reachable by bus and even by helicopter!
Les 2 Alpes is also ideal for snowboarders. Almost each year the World Championships Snowboarding is held at Les 2 Alpes. Next to the many (off slope) downhill slopes there is a snow park at 2.600 meter with a half-pipe, axe-pipe, big-air, slope style, hand rail and free-cross. Also for the non-boarder a great sight and attraction because of the many demonstrations and music.
The ski area is very accessible because of its perfect transport network.
Each year new lifts are added in order to take advantage of the ‘newly discovered’ snow areas. There is one underground train at 3.200 meter, 6 gondola lifts, 23 chairlifts and 20 tow lifts.
The ski village Les 2 Alpes dates from the fifties and is built with use of many wood and natural stone. It has many bars and restaurants, also on the slopes, and there are many activities and events in the winter and the summer.
